This office/shop facility provides an opportunity to showcase the Owner’s expertise in the use of concrete as a building material.  The building uses stained cast-in-place, tilt-up and cantilever concrete in the design.  The interior incorporates polished concrete flooring combined with naturally finished wood doors, cabinetry and trim.
