This adaptive reuse project involved repair and reinforcement of the historic structure once known as the Spokane Continental Bakery Building. Work included reconstruction of the west wing of the building and the addition of third floor spaces. The building includes 96,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of market space. In addition to the building rehabilitation, the site masterplan included the construction of a six-level, 400 stall parking garage.
